FREDERICKSBURG, Va., March 10, 2022 – Rebellion Bourbon Bar & Kitchen was recently featured in Spirited Magazine with an interview of its Bar Manager, Emily O’Lare.  

In her interview, O’Lare discussed her experience in the restaurant industry, the highlights and challenges of bartending, and the bourbon and cocktails being crafted at Rebellion. “I love creating a good experience for customers. When a customer comes in to celebrate a birthday, graduation, promotion or just to have a good night out, it is a great feeling to help make that moment even better,” O’Lare quoted.  

O’Lare’s feature in comes during Women’s History Month and is part of the magazine’s efforts to highlight the role of women in the growing spirit industry. As Bar Manager for Rebellion, staff and customers alike rely on her leadership abilities and spot-on recommendations and custom crafted cocktails. “It is the best feeling when a customer enjoys a recommendation,” she said.
