The Experience

Nestled between the Rappahannock River and George Washington’s boyhood home in Historic Fredericksburg, VA, we are proud to welcome you to our William Street location. This welcoming room features the oldest bar surface in the city, low- and high-top seating, and a wood-burning fireplace. Downstairs you will find a cocktail bar in the old Armory, our reimagined concept of the many hidden armories that supplied the colonies during the American Revolution.

A Historic Building

The 188-year-old building received a full renovation that focused on preserving the historic interior. The shelving and bar features are made from repurposed beams and floorboards by the fine craftsmen at Fraser’s Wood Elements. Don’t forget to look up – we left the second and third floors open to expose the original beams so you can tie your experience to the area’s rich history.

Our Downstairs Armory can accommodate more intimate, special gatherings, while our dining room can comfortably host up to 100 people in your private party. Need more space? Have something else in mind? The main restaurant is available for a full buyout.
